I’ve spent most of my career building technology, leading teams, solving problems, and trying to leave every team and organization a little better than I found them.

This is where I’ll think out loud.

Some posts will be about leadership, technology, AI, cybersecurity, and the business of IT. Others will be about books, travel, the occasional rabbit hole, and perhaps most importantly, fatherhood. Being a dad has shaped how I lead, how I make decisions, and how I define success more than any title or promotion ever could.

These are simply notes from my desk, ideas that have challenged me, mistakes I’ve learned from, and observations that I hope are useful to someone else.
